Abstract : Frequent overlaps, differences and prospective employees’ satisfaction become the main and important factor that makes an organization successful. Therefore, the big companies and organizations focus more on their employees’ satisfaction in several ways as well as in different fields like finance and non-finance. This project provides a discussion of the main reasons affecting job satisfaction. It also identifies the most important points from employees’ perspectives. I used the linear regression analysis to determine the extent to which there is a linear relationship between a dependent variable and one or more independent variables. The research will pass through many steps to identify the important points, which affect the level of job satisfaction. In addition, analyze them by collecting the needed information that can lead to job satisfaction, then it will provide with the criteria to set standards to determine the differences between the points and level of effects in the employees and their organizations. Finally, the research will provide the sets of the recommendations that the organizations should focus more to arrive at the highest level of job satisfactions in the organizations.
