Abstract : The main objective of this research is to explore the effectiveness of a proposed training programme in non- classroom activities in the development of some critical thinking skills, social skills, and achievement for the developed learning courses of health education and women's to the first grade secondary girls students. In other word, this research is trying to answer the main question of the study: what is the ef-fectiveness of the proposed training programme in non-classroom activities in devel-oping some of the critical thinking skills, social skills and achievement skills for the developed learning courses of health and women's education to the first grade sec-ondary girls students. To achieve the previous objective this current research used the descriptive methodology, also the researcher used the semi-experimental methodolo-gy. A sample of size (30) was being selected from the first grade secondary school students from the students in Sixty Eight School in Jeddah City. To achieve the re-search objective the researcher has implemented the proposed training programme on the students, in addition to other research tools including critical thinking test, and social skills test and the achievement test . The most important results of the study are as follows: There are statistically significant variations at the significant levels (0.01) and (0.05) between the averages of the students in the critical thinking skills to the benefit of the students in the post measurement. There are statistically significant variations at the significant level (0.05) between the averages of the students in co-operation and social participation skills to the benefit of post measurement. The most important recommendations of the study are : construction of training courses in the field of non- classroom activities to the home economics teachers, and the students should participate in managing and planning for school activity
