Abstract : The prospective aim of the search is to design and build-up a suggested educational computer program for teaching the curriculum of education media and techniques for the 3rd year student-girls in the faculty of education for girls in King Abdel-Aziz University in Jeddah and realizing its efficiency on the practical achievement and performance. To check the aims and the hypotheses of the search, the study follows both the systematically and the experimental methods in the following steps :- In our study of the former analyzing studies, we are able to point out the necessary scientific bases for forming our suggested educational computer program. A model of the educational design has been formed and it depends on both the technical and educational sides. It consists of four basic stages :- The stage of analyses and defining the students' needs of the educational content of the program. The stage of building-up the systematic model and its functions in a technical design and preparing of steps (procedures) for adapting the educational program. The stage of the actual production of the program and the experiment of field application on the sample of the search. The stage of the evaluation and development related to the search results of reaching both the recommendations and the suggestions. For the field application, the searcher pointed out the relative balances for the actual students' needs from the vocabulary of the education and techniques curriculum and their need for studying and using computer was very high so that it was up to 96.6%. Also, the percent of the electronic education was up to 91.6%. as a result of the previous fact, three educational units have been defined to design the education program in the field of computer and electronic education. Another practical unit has been defined for designing a lesson in PowerPoint. For the experimental application, after producing the suggested educational computer program and preparing the search analogical tools, a pre-test has been applied on the search sample and the experiment has been applied on the standard three groups (A Classical Lecture). The first experimental group has followed the compact education between the lecture and the use of the computer CD. And the second experimental group has followed the self-education of Online program. The statistic results of the hypotheses were summed up as the following:- There's a parity in the three groups in the pre-application of the conceptive test, it was positive for the first group that studied the compact education, and it was negative for the experimental second group. But the practical performance results were positive for both the first and the second experimental groups compared with the standard group. At last, the study has pointed out a group of recommendations, searches and futures.
