Abstract : This study basically aims to study the local administrational divisions and administrational development in AL-Baha area, and to analyze the relational relation correlation relationship of the effect of the geographical and non-geographical variables on the administrational divisions and development in AL-Baha area after identifying the administrational divisions and development and defining these types of variables. In order to achieve these aims, the researcher followed both of the analytical descriptive method and the analytical quantitative method as a method for her research depending on researches, studies and essays that dealt with the administrational division and development of the cities ,governorate and regions in the kingdom and on the statistics and data gathered by the related governmental intendances. The researcher also used the line regression to analyze and treat the study data. The most important results of this study are: The geographical variables have a greater effect on the administrational divisions and development in comparison to the non-geographical variable; it became evident that the concentration of the governmental administrations in AL-Baha units Emarate is an evidence for the relation between the administrational division and development. It also became evident from this study that the administrational development has a great effect on the rest of all types of developmental operations. No type of these developmental processes can be achieved unless the administrational development is applied in scientific away
