Abstract : Ibn Al-Rumi is considered one of the greatest Arab poets, and his collection of poems that left to us is one of the largest collection of poems among all the Arab poets, although it has neglected and who have praised him of envy them inimitable. In concerning to all the poets of his time to the superiority of their hand for fear that holds a special place in the session of the caliphs and a crowd of princes. As for the romantic poet Ibn Al-Rumi who has an imaginative sight , a clever imagination and diagnosis, which is unmatched by all the Arab poet whether of ancient and modern times. He is the owner of a long poems which not less than three hundred from each verse, these long poems is unparalleled collections of poetry among poets whether ancient or modern ones. Ibn Al- Rumi has collected the elements of good poet because he was genius who unmatched for anyone of his mates. He is a skilled poet to describe the shape and movement. He was known that he mastered the art of spelling, though he was fluent in all the branches of poems, and give all his poems a great deal of care and proficiency, and in his poems we found interest in the diagnosis, imagination and the installation of meanings of complex poetry which is rarely found at other poets. He also had an efficient sight of paronomasia. The talk about the art of Ibn Al-Rumi has been able to extract a picture of Ibn Al-Rumi poetry and we were able to show unity between public poetry and life. The verse of Ibn Al- Rumi in terms of correctness -and-error is the term of a scientist of grammar, familiar with the evidence of Arabic, and also who memorized the Qur'an when he was a young. In gist: Ibn Al- Rumi was a poet of fiction and imagination undisputed. At last, let's pray to Allah so as to bless us all.
