Abstract	:	Abstract The Role of Strategic Intelligence in Intellectual Capital Development (A Field study on Administrative Employees of King Abdulaziz University Hospital in Jeddah Province) Razan Faisal Alkhateeb (1900051) Supervisor Dr.Nirvana Abdul Rahman Ghaith Associate Professor, Department of Public Administration (Master Thesis) Public Administration - Faculty of Economics and Administration King Abdulaziz University Jeddah – Saudi Arabia 1443 H / 2022 G The study aimed to recognized the role of strategic intelligence in the development of intellectual capital for the admin employees at King Abdulaziz University Hospital in Jeddah. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method on this study by distributed hard copies questionnaire on a random sample consist of (259) employees in different administrative departments. The data analyzed using statistical program (SPSS). The study resulted many outcomes. Most important: The high level of strategic intelligence in the hospital will improve the level of intellectual capital. And the highest level of using strategic intelligence at King Abdulaziz University Hospital in Jeddah was in Future Forecast and strategic vision sections. Consequently, the study recommended encourage the management of King Abdulaziz University Hospital to support the individual initiatives to improve the services and orientate the administrations to follow the speed of the administrative operations on the hospital.
