Abstract : This study aimed to identify the role of electronic transactions of the dimensions (reliability- ease of use - security - responsiveness - availability of information) in raising the level of satisfaction of the beneficiaries from the point of view of the beneficiaries of the services of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Mecca Al-Mukarramah. The study adopted the descriptive-analytical method. It consists of two main parts: a theoretical part that reviews the most important findings of the different sources, and a field part that relied on a questionnaire containing (31) paragraphs. The study community is made up of the beneficiaries for the services of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Mecca Al-Mukarramah As their number reached (1760) references during a period of one month, and the sample of the study is (315) randomly selected references from a community, and the data were processed statistically using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program. Several results have been reached, most importantly: the existence of a strong positive effect of electronic transactions in raising the level of beneficiaries' satisfaction at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and it showed that the availability of information was the most influential on the level of satisfaction of the beneficiaries, and reliability came in second place, and third was responsiveness, and fourth was security, while there was no effect on ease of use. The study made several recommendations, most importantly: strengthening the application of electronic transactions in all its dimensions in the ministry, the need to establish foundations and methods to simplify electronic services and reduce the number of visitors to the ministry’s headquarters by providing new electronic services constantly.
