Abstract : The study aimed to identify the impact of career planning (Organizational planning and individual planning of the career path) on job security، field study on employees of the General Organization of Saudi Arabian Airlines، the descriptive analytical approach was used، a questionnaire has been designed for this purpose as a data collection tool، the study population consists of (5600) employees and a simple random sample of (360)، a total of 240 questionnaires were valid for analysis. A number of results were reached، the most important of them are: the approval of the study sample members at the level of career planning، (Organizational planning of the career path، individual planning of the career path) respectively in terms of degree of approval، where the overall average of the career planning axis (3.43)، The results showed that the sample members of the study agreed with moderately of the level job security، where the overall average of the axis of job security (3.31)، the study also showed a positive effect of career planning on job security. The most important recommendations of the study: the need for the attention of the institution to achieve integration and harmony between organizational and individual planning of the career path، and provide a working environment that helps to raise the level of job security and promote positive working relationships، and to promote awareness of the importance of planning the career path of the employees of the institution.
