Abstract : This study aimed to identify the impact of managerial leadership patterns represented in the style of leadership (autocratic, democratic, and free) to enhance the intellectual security of male and female employees at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed containing (48) items. The study population consists of (4183) employees and employees at King Abdulaziz University, and the sample of the study is (359) employees and administrative employees, and the data was statistically processed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The study showed several results, the most important of which are: a positive and statistically significant effect of the two types of leadership (democracy, free) on enhancing intellectual security from the viewpoint of male and female administrative staff at King Abdulaziz University. While there is no statistically significant effect of autocratic leadership on enhancing the intellectual security of male and female administrative staff at King Abdulaziz University. And the presence of statistically significant differences in the averages of opinions of male and female employees on the practice of administrative leaders in the university for the two types of leadership (autocracy, democracy) according to the gender variable. While there are no statistically significant differences in the averages of the opinions of male and female employees about their practice of free driving style according to the gender variable. In addition to that the first and most practiced leadership styles by administrative leaders at the university from the point of view of male and female employees is the pattern of democratic leadership, then followed by the pattern of free leadership and then the pattern of autocratic leadership. While there are no statistically significant differences in the averages of the views of male and female employees about the practice of administrative leadership in the university for both leadership (autocratic, democratic, and free) according to variable (age, degree, rank, position, and years of service). The study made several recommendations, the most important of which are: Strengthening the practice of democratic leadership in all its aspects among leaders at King Abdulaziz University by senior management. And take corrective measures to exercise the pattern of autocratic leadership and the pattern of free leadership by conducting training courses. And interest in consolidating the concept of intellectual security among male and female employees at various administrative levels, through holding courses and seminars
