Abstract : The Role of Public Relations in Government Institutions in Achieving Job with Its Employees Satisfaction "Case Study on Saudi Electricity Company" Student Preparation Academic Advisor Almutairi , Salman Saad M Prof. Ph. D Mubarak W. Al Hazmi ABSTRACT: The study aimed to identify public relations job and its effective role in job satisfaction realization in the Saudi Electricity Co. The study depended on the descriptive and field research approach. Questionnaire was distributed to all employees (31.661) in the company , through the e-mail. 1752 questionnaires are retrieved. The valid questionnaires for the test are 1722 from the rest. The most important Study outcomes are : There is an intermediate level for the extent of the public relations to apply its jobs in the Saudi Electricity Company. The study showed that the extent of conducting recreation activities , supporting employees trust and the extent of raising affinity level between the employees were in the first level. The extent of improving internal communication ( up & down ) , is in the 4th level. And finally the extent of creating a democratic atmosphere is in the 5th level. Also the outcomes indicated that there is an intermediate satisfaction level in the Saudi Electricity Co .There is a relation of statistical indication between all public relations jobs ,and each individual job of them towards its internal public and the satisfaction of employees in the Saudi Electricity company. On the light of these outcomes ,the study presented recommendations , most important of which are: The necessity of update public relation jobs. The administration of public relations, shall help the employees to choose representatives to transfer the viewpoints to the high management. The administration of public relations shall discuss with the employees and favor their opinions in its works and to be keen in dealing with th
