Abstract
:
The problem of this study "Applying Total Quality Management in Secondary Schools in Al-Jouf Educational Zone: Suggested Model" determined the need to survey the availability of comprehensive quality management requirements and the presence of impediments to their application in the secondary school for girls at Al-Jouf. The stage has been chosen specifically as the secondary importance of pre-university education for youth where it is necessary to explore the overall quality of school management in secondary schools through a search of the difficulties and obstacles that hinder the application of total quality standards in school administration at the secondary school in general and schools in Al-Jouf, in particular. The study aims to identify the extent to which the application of total quality standards in secondary schools for girls at Al-Jouf. In accordance with the objectives of the study and its problem and questions, the researcher used the methods of analytical descriptive method which describes the phenomenon studied and analyzed objectively as it is in reality. The correlational method has been employed essentially in verifying the veracity of the study tool, as it has been calculated correlation coefficient of each axis sub-paragraph to which they belong. The most important results reached by the study include: the selection of women staff in the schools for girls is not based on strict, clear procedures to ensure the availability of the necessary skills, in addition to that a large number of experienced female teachers leave teaching to work in the administrative or supervisory role, and lacking the education system to an effective communication systems between the General Directorate of Education and schools and lastly, the lack of information in circulation on the applications of TQM in schools. Build on the findings of the study results, the most important recommendation are:ensuring that employing female teachers goes through effective procedures, motivating the effective qualified teachera and make the excellence one of the criteria of the job evaluation factors with financial support, and enhancing the communication systems of all kinds between the General Directorate of Education and school administration, in addition to caring to spread the culture of total quality management in secondary schools and intensifying training whether inside or outside the kingdom for those who are responsible.
